1. Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only, which are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET) will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 


 

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

3. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example: If processing takes 2 business days and shipping takes 5 business days, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 7 business days.

Typical total delivery time for USA orders: 6–13 business days


 

4. Shipping Days

Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

 


 

5. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (ET) on a business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

 


 

6. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

 


 

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our tracking page

 


 

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of The United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
